That's a great question so let us introduce ourselves!

First, let's start with pronunciation. Zapier is pronounced like "Happier", but with a zap. We think automation can brighten anyone's day so just remember that Zapier makes you happier. :)

Zapier is an automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, Slack, MailChimp, and over 1,000 others! By connecting two or more of your team's apps and tools, you can automate your boring and repetitive tasks without needing to know how to code or rely on your IT team.

What can I automate?

Anything. Everything! Think about your day-to-day tasks where you're constantly doing repetitive work or moving information between different tools.

We believe in the power of people. Computers should automate the boring stuff while humans focus on human work. Things like creating, strategizing, conversing, and collaborating.
